I have the Motorola razr v3m from metropcs. When I woke up this morning I went to unplug my phone from the charger and there was a blue screen with the big M on it and at the bottom it says bootloader usb init. I can't do anything with my cell phone and I really need my 200 contacts out of it. I bought the data piolot software and usb cable hoping I could get them off but whenever I plug in my phone it I get an error message on my computer that it cant locate my driver software because its coming up that my phone is a flash msm6500. If anyone could help me I would appreciate it. If you can help please be detailed about the steps I can take, this is all new to me. My phone has no water damage and is in great condition, It is 2 yrs old though.
