mobile17.com  --you make your own ringtones from the music you have on your computer.  any song, any part of the song and completely free.  if you have cingular then you will receive it in a text message and then go to your internet to download it.  so you may have to pay depending on the package you have. if you have verizon you will get it in a picture message.  and any other carriers, im not too sure but they will tell you.  thats where i get all mine!
