Cell phone suggestions?

i am in desperate need of a good cell phone,

i have verizion wireless.

right now i have the Samsung Juke, and I HATE IT!

i really only need texting callling, music, and camera.

but itcant be a touch screen. i will break it!

I'm in the same boat - my old cellphone broke (it's been broken since about 2 months after I bought it.  But Telus refused to fix it or even acknowledge it was a piece of c**p until after the warranty expired a couple months ago.

I'd really like a new one.

My problem is I know I SHOULD pay for this one - and I'd like something pretty cool.  But I'm still paying tuitition so I can't really afford any of the ones I'd really like.  And a lot of phones would be a waste on me seeing as I don't text (like the EnV).

I have a Wild Card from Virgin Mobile. I really like it. I use it for texting a lot. But I also like it for calling. The volume is really good. It has smart volume which means if it's loud around you, it automatically adjusts the volume on your phone...

I like the size, it's easy to hold, not to big at all! Not too small, either, where it's hard to hold. It's like a perfect fit in my hand.

I love the screensavers and the wallpapers.

It looks really cool. It has good ringtones.

On virginmobile.com you can go on a thing called sugar mama and watch short commercials and take short surverys and you get free minutes for every one you do! You can get up to 5 minutes a day, so you could watch up to 5 commercials a day. You can also sign up to have surveys sent to your phone by text, and you get minutes then too. I really like that, and it's super nice, getting 35 free minutes a week!

You can have pay-as-you-go (which is what I have) or a monthly plan. I pay monthly for unlimited texting and then I just use my bonus minutes earned on sugar mama to call. I don't buy any extra! It's really cool.

There's also a thing called Studio V, on virginmobile.com where you can create your own wallpapers and screensavers and when people buy them, you get a little bit of the money from the people who bought it. As you can see there's a lot of ways you can get free minutes to call!

The camera has pretty good quality, compared to other phones. Their are many frames to choose from, to go around the picture, if you want. There is also a flash, which my old camera phone didn't have.

There is a flashlight, which is really cool. It's really bright too, in the dark.

I have unlimited texting, as I said before. I pay 20 dollars a month. I get unlimited texting, picture texting, email, and IM. I can check my yahoo, aol, aim, and a few other email providers, email. I can send and recieve emails, unlimited. I can IM my friends on yahoo, aim, etc...

That is a great deal for me, because I text all the time, and picture text a lot too! I used up the 20 dollars worth on the first day, so it is a really good deal. I email and IM a lot, too.

You can change your plan at any time. If I don't feel like paying for my unlimiting texting next month or I know I'm not going to be using it very much, I just go to virginmobile.com and change... it's so easy, and there are a lot of different plans and stuff to choose from.

I get great service too! On my cingular phone (at&t) I didn't have service in a lot of places, like my dad's house, school, etc... and most stores like Target, etc... but now with my virgin mobile Wild Card, I get service almost everywhere! I get it at my dads house (he lives in Wisconsin in a kind of remote area) and at the stores and at school and so many more places!!

It's really cool.

You can also check online to see where there will be signal, where it is covered.

It had really cool games on it, such as pacman, ms. pacman, bejeweled and tetris. you can also buy thousands of other games, such as greys anatomy, card games, soccer, sims, etc...

You can sign up for free ringtones, wallpapers, screensavers, etc... online. I signed up for virgin mobile and every couple of weeks they text me saying I have more credits for ringtones, etc... like about 40 credits each time and each item is anywhere from 0-6 credits usually. It's really nice.

There is so much more good things about this phone, but I think I have typed enough right now, and so I will go..
