Cell phone usb trouble ..SPRINT m520?

i have a Sprint m520 and bought an usb and every time i connect it doesn't read it and it came with no software so is there a way i can connect it with my computer is there a free program that i can download?

Make sure you are using it as a mass storage device. That should allow you to use it without any issues or having to download software.

the computer should find a software compatible with your phone but search on google for that software.
