Cell phone with good calendar and organization utilities?

Question

I am looking to buy a new cellphone. I am a college student who is really involved in different clubs, activities, projects and professors in my university, so I need a phone that has a really good calendar and task manager software. Any recommendations? These are the phones I am looking at right now:

All of the blackberry's have the organization/memo/calender feature.  So when you decide on a style etc, that might be  your deciding factor...
