how is it possible to call a cell phone from a landline that the landline is in a cell dead zone and vice versa

    Your question isn't very clear.  Are you asking how it's possible to call a cell phone from a land line, when the land line is located in an area that does not have cellular service?

    If so, it's simple. It doesn't matter at all where the landline is, what matters is where the cell phone is.  As long as the cell phone is in a service area, it can be called from anywhere.
