My mom recently made a monthly cell phone bill payment over the phone. After she made the payment the guy that she talked to said to call back in a few minutes to make shure that the paynment went through. So she called and he said that it did not, so she made another payment that he said finally went through. My mom manages her checking great. AFter the payment she wrote some checks because there was sufficient funds. Later she was told that there were 7 over drafts witch the bank doubled. This was because of Sprint cellular, witch refuses to pay for this witch is now at $400. The bank is not really helping. All my mom wants is this money payed to her.The amount is probably going to be higher and now is almost more that she makes at her two jobs. This put us in a horrible financial situation, can anyone please help her. Is a lawer a possible situation. Sprint basically charged her twice and admitted to it. She has proof that sprint screwed up, but it does not matter.

  1. I work for a cable company and from time to time customer service reps make that mistake and over charge or run the card more than once in error.  We always do a reverse payment.  Have her call Sprint and demand to speak with a Supervisor and make a big deal about it.  They have to give her the money back it was their error.
