Question:

Cellulite- i have a lot of it, not overweight, how do i get rid of it!?

Its everywhere! on my thighs, butt, and claves! the rest of my body is toned and fit ( arms, tummy,etc) just not my legs! i can't wear shorts- i reallly need help getting rid of it. Please, any advice

  1. Sadly, most women do. Some are genetically more prone to it.  Im 19 and I have cellulite on my butt, thigh, and if you look closely on my abs too ( I was overweight but still had and have it when Im not) It depresses me. But the only thing that has REDUCED cellulite for me is intense cardio (like kickboxing) and resistance training. I use the body bar when I do resistance as well as dumbbells etc. Since I started using the body bar ive noticed the biggest difference. The thing does wonders. There are websites and DVDs that show you what exercises to do with the body bar. Try it! Oh and lipo wont get rid of it it'll only make it worse from what I heard. There is like a few non-invasive procedures but they are really expensive and its effect is temporary.  


  2. Cellulite always the biggest problem for majority of women or ladies... even skinny girls will have cellulite. This unsightly bumpy appearance of cellulite on the skin is most commonly seen on the arms, hips, thighs and buttocks of women.

  3. try speacialty creams made for cellulite they usually have CAFFINE b|c that some how helps get rid of them

    and leg lunges work

    but yeh you can get those creams at walmart...

  4. i heard using cocoa butter helps significantly. cocoa butter is also used for stretch marks too.  

  5. 1] avoid all fried, fast, and junk food - even diet junk food

    2] avoid pork, beef, lamb, any other fat red meat - eat lots of veggie protein, fish; some chicken and turkey

    3] drink  1/2 gallon of water a day - and only juice, skim milk, and decaf drinks - NO SODA - even diet

    4] eat lots of any kind of plain veggies

    5] three whole grain bread, cereal, rice, or pasta servings a day

    6] eat several fruits a day

    7] do 30 min of aerobics six days a week

    8] do weight training three days a week

    Oh, and no smoking or alcohol etc. either.

    You will see a tremendous difference in one month!

  6. cellulite is pockets of fat, and NO cream will get it gone for good.  

  7. You have to:

    - avoid fast food and sodas

    - massage your problem areas

    - scrub your problem areas (coffee ground scrubs work pretty well and cost nothing)

    - use a contrast shower

    - go for some body wrapping procedures.

    Combined all together, these will make your cellulite invisible in several weeks - guaranteed! :). I work on it all the time and nobody knows I got cellulite.

  9. If this bothers you this badly, you might want to visit a Dermatologist

    or a Cosmetic Surgeon for advice. There may be some ways that you can break the Cellulite down, but to totally get rid of it may require a procedure or two to be performed by a doctor. They might be able to do

    something called LipoSmart (at least I think that is what it is called). It is a body contouring method that can remove excessive fatty tissue such as Cellulite.

    I think that this would be worth a trip to the doctor's office to see if they

    know of any alternative methods you could try. And the older you get,

    the harder it is to lose the Cellulite by traditional methods such as exercise, which might or might not help you at all.

  11. You are still pretty young and increasingly more young people seems to be getting cellulite earlier. Try cellulite creams for a start. You need to watch your diet definitely from now onwards or things can get worse.
