Center speaker not working while using tv only...

Question

we have a yamaha receiver,lg tv,ps3,universal remote,denon speakers. all installed on the 24th. my sn had a drink spill and after cleaned it up the center speaker only works when playing ps3 not while watching tv (other speakers work all the time)
