Center split help pleaseeee?

my center split is not getting any better and i have been dancing fr 10 years already. i want to become more flexible but i have run out of ideas. i know i want to have all my splits by at least the middle of september but i need new excercises to help. any ideas???

  1. The main thing is to take time to hold each stretch.  You can do stretches all day long but the longer you hold, the more flexible you'll be.  If you're wanting quicker results, I would hold the stretches for at least 60 seconds each.  Its all about building that flexibility.  

    - I would focus mainly into going into your split on the right side, and switching over to the left side by going thru second. Use your arms to hold you up and go from one side split to the next, while still holding the center stretch.  

    - Push your legs up against a wall in second position.  Either forwards or backwards making sure to both point and flex your feet.  

    - Stretch in the morning, afternoon, and before bed.
