Central Air Conditioner. Carrier fan coil model FB4ANM060 and Carrier condenser model

Carrier fan coil model FB4ANM060 and Carrier condenser model 38ED-060-321. Fan in attic unit randomly turns off and then back on again during first 15 minutes of each cycle, while the outside compressor unit continues running normally, even if the fan remains off for a while.
