Central Sydney cafe, open 'til midnight?

Hi guys. I'm getting together with a bunch of people from all over the extended Sydney region and need a cafe that is central and easy to get to.

We've got lots to catch up on and want a place that won't mind us hanging around for ages. (will buy lots of coffee). relaxed atmostphere.

Any suggestions?

Great coffee and the chocolate is fantastic too! Its a great places to hang out and catch up with the girls and they are open long hours and its a central place to meet.Its a beautiful location being right near the water.I hope you have fun!!!
