Century 21 Department Store in Manhattan? Help!?

I'm going into Manhattan in a few days just for some fun. I really need new clothes (I recently lost a lot of weight.) and now I want new clothes that show off my body well and make me look and feel good. Something to give me a new look. Now I'm on a budget, it isn't a tight budget but I don't want to go spending large amounts of money out the wazoo and only get a few things.

A friend of mine recomended Century 21 Department Store in Lower Manhattan. She said they have a nice assortment of men's clothes. I'm a 16 year old guy. Do they have good stuff for guys? I was on their website and they claim to have many designers, what designers do they carry? Is the stuff good quality? Is it worth it? Anything I should know about it?

How are their prices? Are you really getting the sale prices like they claim?

Are there any other stores that are like this that are in Manhattan?

My style is classy and elegant, kinda prep and european. Just nice classic clothing. Do they have that kinda stuff there?

They have all kind of stuff, very cheap...if you look around, you may find something you like...

The good things sell fast, like pieces from designers.

Century 21 is a good store if you know designers and have a general sense of the normal cost.

For example, you might see a pair of pants that are $200, but a fashion person will know that they are originally $700.  They have lots of good European brands, and if you have the time to go through the racks, you will definitely find bargains there.

If you are 16, you should also check out H&M and Yellow Rat b*****d (both have locations downtown, not too far from Century 21) as they have younger clothes that you might like.

There are a lot of clothing stores on Broadway between Canal and Houston that you might like.
