Ceramic coating or exhaust heat wrap?Which one works better for controlling heat and is more cost effective?

Getting some headers ceramic coated or should i use the exhaust heat wrap? The headers will be getting wet and muddy.

Which one works better at controlling heat,and more cost effective?

Contact the ceramic coater see what where warranty is> If none that you see how good it is>The wrap is hard to get on and stay on>then if not Stainless steel headers the will rust away as they get wet & hold the water>

ceramic coated ones inside and out are the best but there going to look bad after you get them in the mud and water.
