Question:

Ceri, Italia?

I've been searching for this small town, trying to find its exact location on a map, but I've been unsuccessful. I'm starting to doubt if it's even real. From what I've gathered, it's near Rome, but I don't know where exactly, North, East, South, what.

Thanks for all help.

  2. Ceri is not a town.  In the city of Gubbio there is a fest day , every 15 of may, called "Corsa dei ceri" who many young boys are running along the small ways of the city carryng three heavy wodden staues  of saitns over the shoulders from  one church to the cathedral.

  3. Sorry grey3110, but I have to contradict you. Ceri is a small town to the north of Rome, on the Via Aurelia. I know, because I live about 20 Kilometers away from this tiny town. It is really a small fraction of the small town of Cerveteri, which is better known. Ceri and Cerveteri are very beautiful medievil towns, well worth a visit.
