Certain type of Restaurant chair illegal?

I've heard it's illegal in florida to use those cheap plastic resin chairs for seating in a restaurant, is that true?

I don't know, but it's not a bad idea. Those chairs can't hold a lot of weight and they've been known to collapse under heavy people.
