Suggest me a graduation course through which i can be a Certified Ethical Hacker either from India or abroad.

Please tell me any how please cause i want it as my career.

No such thing. What you want is a CICSO course starting at CCNA and working your way up to CCIE, with a frw microsoft courses and a few programing courses thrown in. Then you just might be able to understand that hacking is highly illegal

I would like to point out to Paul V that he interprets hacking in the wrong way, hacking is not illegal breaking into computers is illegal. I would also point out that most security professional would fall under ethical hacker category. Here are a couple link that explain the difference of a hacker and a cracker for his benefit.

The ethical hacker certifications are somewhat of a joke.

SANS would be the best place to go...
