Cervical Pillow?

Question

My chiropractor recommended a cervical pillow because I have a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders. Has anyone ever used one of these and if you did, do you like it?

they work really well for some people, not for others.  Problem is you have to try one out for a few days, but if its not for you, you cant return it.
