Cervical cancer: is there any signs and if so what are they?

I'm not entirely sure but I had a leaflet with my smear invitation and I think it mentioned:

Mid cycle bleeding/spotting

Spotting/bleeding after intercourse

Change in menstrual cycle

Dull abdo pain
