Cervical dysplasia and birth control?

I've been recently diagnosed with moderate dysplasia and will soon have a cone biopsy done to get treated. However, I keep reading on web-sites that birth control pills may aggravate the dysplasia. See I have PCOS and have to take the pills to control my menstrual cycle. I don't know what to do! Please help me if you know something! Thank you!

Some women with PCOS also use dietary changes to help treat some of the symptoms with PCOS.  I would recommend talking to your doctor further to find out how much of a problem the pill could be for the dysplasia if used for treating PCOS.
