The Italian, Cesar, insisted that Pep will be a hit at the Allianz Arena. A lot of people have reserved opinions on whether letting Jupp Heynckes go in place of the former Barca star was a good decision as the German boss helped the Bavarian outfit win the
historic treble.
“[Pep's] a very German Catalan: orderly and serious. He works and trains a lot. His personality fits Munich's. The place is made for him,” he said.

bag.
“To succeed, Guardiola must emotionally connect with the fans of Bayern. So that even after a loss people say, we lost, but look how well we played,” he added.
He further added that Pep is a workaholic who loves to go into details and wants perfection from his players. He will force Die Roten squad to train hard and that in turn will bear fruit in terms of trophies. On the other hand, the Allianz Arena outfit also
want the same from the team and their goals are aligned with that of the manager.
“He's an obsessive technician, but this does not irritate players. Guardiola knows exactly what makes up Bayern's player,” he mused. “Many ignorant coaches and idiots have won the Champions League, but winning 15 titles out of 19 in five years is something
else.”
However, Cesar stated that Pep should find a connection with the supporters of the club. He said that some coaches have been lucky to win the UEFA Champions League but Guardiola’s achievement of 15 trophies out of possible 19 is just too good. The former
player achieved this much success as a coach in just five years.
