I can imagine that he desires this. The Spanish Primera Division is a way better competition for Cesc. Don't get me wrong, PL is fantastic (I’ am Dutch so every competition is great compared to ours) but the the Barcelona style of football will make him able to even excel more than the does with the Gunners. And more important, he actually can win prices.
