Cesc Fabregas could be transferred to http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Barcelona-c38605 for £45m after the current season
The episode of Cesc Fabregas’s transfer continued when the story turned into another twirl, the English club has accepted that it is not possible to hold the skipper against his own wish. The North Londoners revealed that the saga started on this January
transfer window when Cesc tabled a transfer request back to his first club. The feud settled down after Gunners boss, Arsene Wenger, refused to let him go. But again, the Spanish media exposed that Cesc Fabregas could be sold if the Catalan giants offer a
staggering 45 million pounds.
Previously, the French boss rejected the possibility of a looming move of the http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Spain-c3011 International back to Camp Nou after European media accelerated the gossips. The Gunners boss stated that they did not need to sell any player for the purpose of capital
gains as all of them are unique and Cesc is more special to the club for his tremendous skills.
The 61-year-old believes that Arsenal have the ability to exceed the expectations in the current spell of English Premier League and Champions League as they have quality players for the battle.
He said, “People reproach me, saying 'Why do you not spend stupid money?'. Now they reproach me and say, 'Why do you not sell the player'. That makes me think we have not worked too bad. We need Fabregas. Believe me. He is a special player. He is exceptional
and we want to keep them all.”
The Spaniard’s wish to go back to his club remains as strong as it was during this January window, but the club isn’t in a position to sell the player until the current spell finishes. Arsenal are ready to challenge for the English Premier League title but
Fabregas is considering leaving and this could rock the Gunners boat.
Arsene Wenger and the club executives were not happy with the way the Catalan giants approached the Spaniard publicly and made an offer that was way below their expectations, too low to even negotiate. Barcelona made two offers, the first one was £29m at
the first day of the transfer window and the second one was £33m. Barcelona would procure it’s former trainee this summer because the club is in a strong financial position following a lucrative shirt deal of £135m with Qatar Sports Investments.
A very close source to the Gunners club has revealed to Goal.com, “Arsenal are a selling club and every player has his price. They dug their heels in last summer because Barcelona didn’t match their valuation but they will let him go with their best wishes
if they receive an offer that reflects what Fabregas is worth, which is around £45m.”
