While many see Fabregas currently being wasted on the bench at http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Barcelona-c38604, the former Arsenal captain came out in the open and claimed that he is not worried about anything.
The Spanish midfielder, Cesc Fabregas, joined Barcelona from Arsenal during the last season’s summer transfer window.
The transfer saga lasted for quite a long time, and since Fabregas was once a part of the Barcelona youth system, his return to the Nou Camp was an exciting moment for him.
The Catalan giants were playing under Cesc Fabregas’ favourite player, Josep Guardiola, and the former http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Arsenal-c38429 man was having a great time at the club.
However, things changed when Josep Guardiola decided to leave the Nou Camp in order to take a break from football.
With Guardiola gone, Tito Vilanova was given the task to take care of things at the Catalan capital.
While Guardiola could adjust Cesc Fabregas in different position, Tito Vilanova has taken him as a like-for-like replacement for Xavi Hernandez.
Therefore, Xavi Hernandez is currently an irreplaceable player for Barcelona and Cesc Fabregas has to suffer as he is left on the bench during the pecking order.
Moreover, Fabregas has not been giving good performances for his club as he has not managed to find back the form which he possessed when he joined La Blaugrana last season.
While many consider Fabregas to be wasting his career at the Nou Camp, he thinks otherwise and in a recent interview he claimed that he feel loved in his new club and is not worried about anything.
While addressing the press about this matter, the Spanish midfielder said:
“On the street, at the stadium, I feel loved. I feel as wanted as anyone. I am not worried about anything.”
“I am very pleased, and very happy to be at the club. I think I have adapted well to the dressing room and the club in general. The truth is, I am very happy and working hard.”
“Last season was positive for me, but I try to be better every day and play like I know I can.”
Cesc Fabregas recently played the FIFA World Cup 2014’s qualifying game against http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Georgia-c2903 and will now be returning to first-team training for Barcelona and might feature in the game against Getafe with Andres Iniesta out injured for almost two weeks.
