Cesc Fabregas on the brink of leaving http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Barcelona-c38604
Arsenal captain and Spanish international, Cesc Fabregas seems to finally be on the brink of completing his long awaited move to Barcelona.
The transfer saga involving the two teams and the player has gone on to spread over the last three years and has had most people furious with the fact that a conclusion could not be achieve. However, it seems like all of that is set to change as the Catalans
are finally ready to meet Arsenal’s estimation of the player.
At the moment, it is believed that the Gunners will go on to get thirty four million Euros up front, followed by another six million Euros in variable fees. Which in turn would go on to make the forty million Euros, which Arsenal had been holding out on.
Fabregas has never made his desire to return to Barcelona a secret. The twenty four year used to play for the team’s youth division, before he was snapped up by Arsenal when he was sixteen years old.
Fabregas is reported to be willing to take a pay deduction to his wages in order to make the move to Barcelona and if the move does go through, then Fabregas will go on to join http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Alexis-Sánchez-c4979 at the Camp Nou, who also joined the Catalans this summer from
Udinese.
Should Fabregas decide to leave the team, then Arsenal are more than likely to go in and make a number of changes to their team. The side has already been looking to add some strength to their squad and with the sale of their captain, they would have more
than enough funds to do so.
At the moment, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Valencia-c40863 winger Juan Mata is being hailed as the favourite to come into the side and take over from Fabregas. However, should the team go on to land Mata, they would still be looking to land a more central midfielder, a defender and a full
back.
The way things are shaping up, Arsenal seem to be at the bottom of the pyramid at the moment. The team really needs to pull together and prove its worth this coming season, or the Gunners might hit a slump that they can never recover from.
Most experts are currently not favouring Arsenal to finish in the top four in the Premier League this coming season and should the team fail to find any decent replacements, then that might just prove to be the case for the team.
Nonetheless, with a couple of weeks left till the transfer window closes, Arsenal are bound to land a player or two.
