It says not to retry it if you didn't make it.

but will they know if I make new accounts and retry from a different PC?

Yes, they will. Maybe not right away, but they will eventually. ChaCha instructions clearly state this.

If you are married, consider having your spouse sign up, and ChaChaing together.

Or find a friend and do that same. But don't try setting up another account in your name (even if you used someone else's name, you need their Social Security # in order to get paid) because it will be deleted.
