Chachamaidee to land a glorious victory in the Group 2 Windsor Forest Stakes at Royal Ascot
Among the 13 runners competing in the Group 2 Windsor Forest Stakes over a distance of 1 mile at Royal Ascot on 20th June, 2012, the Sir Henry Cecil trained, Chachamaidee, is likely to be crowned the winner.
The daughter of Footstepsinthesand, out of mare Canterbury Lace, has competed in sixteen starts, and has claimed twelve placed finishes.

The bay mare is likely to land this race based on a number of factors, starting from her current form which seems to be terrific since she claimed a massive victory in the Group 3 Betfred Mobile Chartwell Fillies' Stakes
at Lingfield on 12thMay, 2012, which covered a distance of seven furlongs.
With the status of joint favourite and rider Tom Queally on her back, she finished 1 ¼ lengths ahead of the Paul D'Arcy trained, Night Lily.
Considering that she will run over a distance of a mile today, the mare will have to stretch herself, and use all the strength she has to come out on top.

The victory in the Group 3 Oak Tree Stakes at Goodwood on 29th July, 2011, also took place over seven furlongs, so her stamina will really be tested today.
The good surface of the track suits her, and is likely to work in her favour. Her last three victories took place on grounds that were standard, good or good to firm.
The R.A.H Evans owned runner will break from of post 11, and will be ridden by jockey, Tom Queally, for her first Group 2 victory.

It will not be an easy race considering she is up against some tough competitors, like Nahrain and Emulous, but she is determined to succeed and will not back down from any challenge that comes her way.
If Chachamaidee succeeds in this race, it will be icing on the cake for Sir Henry Cecil and Tom Queally, who saddled Frankel’s eleventh victory yesterday in the Queen Anne Stakes, which covered a distance of 1 mile.
