Chael Sonnen is not intimidated by Anderson Silva’s threats – UFC News
Anderson Silva believes he is going to break Chael Sonnen’s limbs, but the latter is not really intimidated by the idea. Chael Sonnen claims he is the fighter and he will defeat Silva for everyone to witness.
“Anderson is a fraud and he's a liar. I offer absolutely zero apologies. And if you're not willing to go too far you will never go far enough in life,” said Sonnen who will be facing Anderson Silva in July for the UFC middleweight title.
Sonnen believes he has always been ready for Silva but the middleweight champion has been shying off from the fight. “I've been calling him (Silva) out for six years, he's in my head. But none of that matters, none of that is going to help a guy land a right
cross inside the Octagon,” Sonnen added.
“I don't care either way, I'm a real fighter. They just call my name and I walk out there.”
Previously, at a press conference, Anderson Silva lashed out on Chael Sonnen, threatened him and made sure that his voice is heard loud and clear.
“No more sh** talking from him. I'm going to make sure that every one of his teeth are broken, that his arms are broken and his legs are broken. He's not going to be able to walk out of the Octagon by himself,” said the reigning middleweight champion Anderson
Silva.
Even President of UFC Dana White was surprised by Anderson Silva’s reaction over Sonnen’s trash talking. According to White, he has worked with Silva for years but has never seen him bursting out like this.
Chael Sonnen and Anderson Silva will face each other in the ring in July. This will be the second time both the fierce warriors will get a shot at each other. In their previous match, Sonnen won four rounds but lost the fight via submission just seconds
before the fight ended. In other words, if Sonnen had survived the fifth round, he would have walked away with the title.
Sonnen and Silva have their scores to settle. Fans need to wait in order to see whether the American gangster will emerge victorious or the Silva.
