Chafeing Tried everything?

When ever i walk or run long distances i get chafing in the groin area i have used powder to try to absorb sweat and i use cotton tighty whites type underwear but nothing seams to work what should i do???

  1. Body glide or vaseline petroleum jelly.


  2. Body Glide is sold at most running and sporting good stores.  It is in a stick form like deodorant and you rub it on the areas where you chafe
