  1. 1. The roller chain and sprocket dont match
    Replace the chain or sprocket with the correct size

    2. Excessive load
    Decrease the load, or increase the number of strands or size of the chain

    3. Elongation of the chain due to wear or excessively worn sproket teeth
    when max elongation reached, well, buy new one
