Chain email that turns up volume

i heard about this chain mail thing that if your computer volume is on even a slightest bit it will turn up your volume all the way and scream something funny like one of my friends got one that said hey everyone im looking at p**n over here and there was some other one

anyone know what im talking about or have the link?
