Question:

Chainsaw. when i pull on the cord to start the saw it stays out and when it do go back the cord

when i pull on the cord to start the saw it stays out and when it do go back the cord comes off the pulley and goes around the flywheel.this saw is only 1 year old and i've been having trouble with this sence the day i bought it.
