Chakra out of alignment?

Okay, I think I have an alignment problem. According to crystalinks.com, the Muladhara chakra is positioned close to a**s, at the perineum, and it has four petals which match the vrittis of greatest joy, natural pleasure, delight in controlling passion, and blissfulness in concentration. I've often felt something a little out of place right there, and I can't put my finger on it, though I have often tried. How do I align this chakra?

i doubt its anything bad ive had several of my gates sealed (long story) does it feel like theres no energy there? like the rest of your bodies normal but it seems not nessacarily cold but kind of naked or out of place? one of your gates might be sealed

Sounds like you can get yourself realigned with the application of a little Preparation H. But don't get any of it on your chakra or that will shrink too!

To bring your root chakra back into balance, you have to fartt in the middle of an o****m.  If you know anything about this stuff, I think you will see that that really is the only way.

So what do you actually mean 'something a little out of place right there' - is  it a 'physical' problem? If so, than you most probably have problems manifesting what you need in your waking life...basic necessities such as money, shelter and food. The root chakra is all about how well one can ground themselves in reality - which I think you have trouble doing.

I'd suggest for you to tackle each day and each problem one at a time...your fear of material success and happiness has caused this, thus you need to reassess your idealistic attitude about life in general....

I too have experienced a misalignment with my Muladhare chakra.  In my vast experience, I have found what works best for me is to avoid sausage and dairy products.
