Question:

Chalazion cyst surgery healing?

I had minor eye surgery to leak the chalazion cyst I had on my eyelid for about 7 months. I know I had two on my eye, and it's been a few days after the surgery and it's still swollen, but I feel like it's hard like the cyst is still there.

Has anyone had experience with the surgery.. how long does it take for your eye to look normal again. I got the surgery on a Friday, it's now Wednesday.. I think the docotr might have only got one of them i'm not sure!?

  1. You'd better ask your surgeon because nobody else would know better than him about your surgery. Actually the scarring from chalazion cyst surgery takes quite long to subside that the surgery could turn out to be a worse deal than other non-surgical options or even just waiting for the chalazion to go away on its own.
