Challenges in Starting a Pharmeceutical Company in India?

I am interested in starting up a small pharmaceutical company in Andhra Pradesh in India. What are the challenges I would be facing ? Current scenarios ? How to start off with and other details such as approximate cost to start or any things which I should take care of or should have them ?

Lot of competition. Also since you dont have the regualtions like we do in the US that your product is actually legitimate. Also need to train yourself and your staffof new medicines and info on older medicines.
