Champagne Brunch or Inclusive Booze Cruise

Location: Huntington Beach, CA anywhere between LA or SD

OK I'm having the hardest time finding a Sunday brunch or more importantly a Saturday! I would like it to be an all you can drink champagne. Every Sunday I usually go over to El Torito which is such a great price for everything you get however… every Sunday can get to be a little too much. I was wondering if any one knows any other places to get a champagne brunch at? I would love to do Saturday brunch over Sunday but still have even a harder time finding one on Saturday. It is a must for all you can drink champagne so that sort of limits it but if you know somewhere please help me out.

Hornblower has dinner cruises from Newport ..... One of the best Sunday brunches I've had was at Chanteclair (Newport - across from the airport);  not sure if they still have them though:)
