I am in 7th grade (yes done with puberty) and I am one of the better 800 runners around. I get around 2:25. My PR is 2:24.44. How should I train this week. How should I eat. I usually start to get tired after 300 meters but then adreniline kicks in. I am pretty consistent with 75 and 74 splits. I would really like to win this meet. This would mean I am one of the best in the state of Ohio. If you help me out you can say you trained me.
