Chances at top Grad Archaeology Program?

I have a minor dilemma. I'm a History Major (French minor) with dual interests in both Medieval History and Archaeology. I plan to attend Grad School, but am wondering what my chances are? My stats are....

GPA: 3.98

GRE: Verbal- 690-96%

Quantatative-620-52%

Analytical- 6.0- 96%

Languages: Reading Proficiency in Latin, French, and German

I live in the NE, so my primary target schools are the Ivies, U Mich, U Chi, Stanford, and UC Berkeley. Basically my question is, should I stick with History as my grad study or would I have a better shot at these schools if I went with Archaeology?

Is there any reason other than money that you can't apply to both History and Anthropology? I would apply for both and see where you get accepted and do what you want! Your stats looks good except for the quantitative, but the weight placed on the quantitative depends on the school I found, but that was for psychology.
