Chances of a 23 year old getting an aneurysm of any kind?

  1. If the blood vessel wall is weak for some reason an aneurysm can form.  Age doesn't matter, although in general population most vessels hold up pretty well or people wouldn't be living as long.

    I know kids and teens who have had to have aneurysm surgery and I did before I was thirty.  One of the main reasons for younger people having them is having a connective tissue disorder.  There are several, but marfan.org, has a pretty good website and tells a little about others besides marfan syndrome.


  2. anyone at any age can get an aneurysm.
