Chances of getting a british visa?

I am a health worker here in the philippines. my cousin and her british friend invited my aunt and me to visit u.k. i really want to travel..but will the british embassy grant me a visa? considering im a health worker her in the philippines what are my chances? eventhough i have lots of proof that i can support myself financially. thanks.

Zero chances if you do not apply.  As long as you can demonstrate a legitimate reason to travel, sufficient financial resources to pay for your trip, and strong family/social/business ties to the community, it should not be a problem.
