Chances of getting caught pirating?

What are the chances if getting caught pirating? Also, I heard that the only people that can be caught are the people providing the data...Is that true?

If you do that with the intent on making money, you should worry. If you do that by downloading, it's kind of like drinking and driving, it's pretty risk. Best of luck to you!
