Chances of yankees making a trade?

just wondering if they r gonna make a deal for anyone.

i don't think they're going to make a trade unless the deal with the mariners for jarrod washburn goes through...there aren't any available bats they can add to the lineup for a price they can afford, since the yankees don't really have a deep farm system

i think the chances are pretty big for a trade right now.they are in 3rd place right now and they aren't playing the baseball that they should be.it doesnt seem like they are able to find someone within the orginization to help them out.the yanks have been playing better.although that is good,i dont believe it is good enough for them to make the playoffs with the rays still hot. i think they realize that and will try to make a trade,probably picthing help

Rumors are they are in serious talks for Jarrod Washburn. Basically in belief he'll be a better 5th starter than Ponson or Rasner. Which is probably true. They want to get rid of Igawa for taking on Washburn's contract, which is probably a good scenario for both teams.

I heard today that they were talking to bonds. Doubt we will sign him. & ive also heard of possibilites of getting jason bay OR xavier nady from the pirates for melky cabrera phil hughes or ian kennedy && minor league prospects
