Question:

Chandeliers for teen bedroom

I am 16, and I just switched rooms with my brother. His room was the guest bedroom so its light blue - which I like. I put up a white chair rail and I am going to paint the bottom part either pastel green or light brown. But I need to change the light fixture in there. Right now its a fan and I want a chandelier. Does anyone know of any good places to find a good chandelier that isn't too expensive. I did look at PB Teen and found one but I don't know...

Thanks!

  1. try urban outfitters or ikea

  2. try lowes....

  3. I think a pastel green would be pretty with light blue.

As for the bedroom chandeliers, I did a search on Nextag:

  4. Try http://www.everychandelier.com/, its a whole website dedicated to chandeliers. They even have mini chandeliers perfect for a small bedroom. Here are some really fun teen chandeliers http://www.everychandelier.com/Childs-Ro...

  5. trust me, you want a ceiling fan.. that makes the room feel so much cooler when you hang around.   There are many cutesy ones you can get now, or a fancier ones.    Look at Lowes.   Do you really want a desk fan instead?

  6. for a bedroom choose a small simple chandelier.  probably you can find them at the yard sales or antique stores

  7. http://teensthemes.com

  8. IKEA has a great chandelier which would be perfect!  It has small crystals, but is not too large or showy. http://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/produc...

You can check out their other styles on the IKEA website.
