Change NAT from Moderate to Open on Xbox 360?

I'm using a Motorola SBG900 Gateway and i wanted to change the NAT from Moderate to Open on Xbox Live because it is limiting my ability to talk with friends and join games. I know this is the problem. I've search around Yahoo Questions but i can't seem to find a way to make it work for the SBG900, so any hep would be great! Thanks.

I dont find Motorola on the list of XBox Live supported devices, so sadly it may need to be replaced.
