Change departments??not sure what to do?

how do i tell my deli manager i dont want to work in there anymore for particular reasons and want to work in another department. should i go over her head and see the big boss?

Where do you work at?? Sometimes you can just see what positions are open and apply for them.  I work at wal mart and all we have to do is go into career preference and click the positons we want to get into.  

If the position comes open your name will come up and they will interview you.

But in the mean time talk to your deparment or assistant manager.  Let them know that you want to work on getting into another department.
