Change for the children (nick jonas' charity)?

I have to do a service project for my religion class, and i was hoping to donate to change for the children, nick jonas' charity for kids with diabetes. the site, www.changeforthechildren.com is currently under construction, though. i was wondering if anyone knew of a way to contact them through either email or regular mail...please help me (and all the children with diabetes!) out! thanks, i really appreciate it!
