Change home folder in CYGWIN?

hi i have CYGWIN that i use for my psp development, and i installed cygwin before i made a new user and it seems that the new users home folder(~) is the users documents and settings folder, is there any way to change the folder from its corrent and make a new home folder its default?

Find your /etc/passwd (e.g. c:\cygwin\etc\passwd) file and change the home location (i.e. next to last field on the line) for the user of interest to /home/username or wherever.
