Change in keralas infrastructure in the dotcom era?

Regret that Kerala has not gone well with Internet or online.  Still they lag behind.  It may be mainly due to geographic conditions as most of the areas on hilly places and access to modern technology is lagging behind.  But I am proud that they are the most literate, hardworking and rational thinking without any idol worship who respect themselves and be clean and hygenic, god fearing.  DOT COM has no impact on this state.
