Change in power output from motherboard

Question

Initially i had a LCD display and my Biostar motherboard setings were according to that but recently i changed my monitor and bought Desktop monitor so how can i change the power settings from motherboard bcause im getin poor display may be because of the high power settings that are made for LCD.
