Question:

Change list of of words into block of words in microsoft word?

I have a list like this:

aches,

base,

case,

chase,

flakes,

grapes,

paste,

safe,

And I would like to change it so it looks like this:

aches, base, case, chase, flakes, grapes, paste, safe,

  1. In Word:

    1. Select your list of words.

    2. Press Ctrl+H to open the Find and Replace dialog.

    3. Click on More.  

    4. Click in the Find what: box.  Click on Special | Paragraph Mark.

    5. Click in the Replace with: box.  Type a space or nothing, depending on whether or not you need to add a space between the words in the list.

    6. Click on Replace All.
